The opportunity
As a Branch Technical Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of various tax revenue lines, independently completing complex customer files, and providing specialist advice. You will also contribute to operational projects, process improvements, and the mentoring and development of team members, supporting the delivery of high quality customer service and organisational objectives.
The BTO is also responsible for independently investigating complex or technical customer files, providing specialist advice, and assisting in the development and implementation of operational service delivery plans to meet service and performance goals.
