Seeking an experienced, high performing and innovative Branch Manager to lead the design and development of adaptive learning programs that support the growth and capability of our organisation. This role is pivotal in uplifting training programs, developing and designing frameworks and content for promotional leadership programs.
This role will drive high quality learning and development outcomes with measurable impact.
This role reports to a VPS6 Program Manager and is embedded in the stream of Leadership Development and Strategy, overseeing the Innovation and Improvement Unit, within the Continuous Learning Division.
The position will manage a small team. Stakeholders include sworn and VPS employees at Victoria Police as well as external stakeholders to the organisation.
