About the role
The Behavioural Insights Lead is responsible for delivering research and providing behavioural insights to internal teams and external stakeholders across Government and industry to help drive Victoria's transition to a circular economy.
This exciting new role in the Social Impact team will support the Senior Behavioural Insights Lead and work collaboratively with staff across SV, particularly campaign managers and project managers, to provide behaviour change advice, capability building, behavioural and audience insights and support the design of effective programs that creating lasting, measurable change.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be a proven collaborator with strong analytical skills, an excellent communicator and educator, and a champion for how to drive change, the Behavioural Insights Lead has deep expertise and experience in social science and behaviour change frameworks and theories and can translate the research into actionable insights and recommendations for interventions.
