About the Role:
The Authorised Officer's role is to support the VRQA's regulation of apprenticeships and traineeships in Victoria, in accordance with the ETR Act and Training Contract obligations. The Authorised Officer will demonstrate integrity and initiative in the performance of their duties, which include:
The role requires that the person is trained and appointed as an Authorised Officer for the purposes of Part 5.5 of
the ETR Act, and will be required to conduct remote and field-based investigations across Victoria.
VRQA Authorised Officer's are also required to hold a current Working With Children Check, and a valid driver's
licence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of investigative processes and methodologies, with demonstrated experience undertaking compliance activities within an investigative framework. A Certificate IV in Government Investigations is desirable.
