About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated, highly skilled, and experienced Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day leadership and management within our Rehabilitation Unit in the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
Working collaboratively with a range of clinical services, you will support patients in our 28-bed unit to achieve optimal recovery outcomes. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care in a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to team leadership while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture. You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to promote and maintain clinical standards, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
