About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team in Thompson House. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical leadership, person‑centred care, and supporting excellence in nursing practice.
As the ANUM, you will work as the clinical leader and coordinator of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will practise within your professional scope while demonstrating an advanced level of skill in clinical assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The ANUM plays a pivotal role in supporting staff, overseeing clinical care delivery, and ensuring appropriate standards of care are maintained by team members under your direction. The role provides shared unit management responsibilities in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM).
