We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our dynamic Surgical/Colorectal Ward team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled registered nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, supporting staff development, and contributing to the operational leadership of a specialised surgical service.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), the ANUM plays a key leadership role in ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and person-centred care to patients undergoing colorectal and general surgical procedures.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, providing shift leadership, and supporting the professional development of nursing staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and patient outcomes.
