Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a ANUM to join our growing team on an ongoing part-time basis.
About the Role
As Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, service coordination,
and operational management within the unit. You will support the delivery of person-centred care, promote recovery focused practice, and ensure compliance with legislative, policy, and quality standards.
You will lead staff in implementing best practice mental health care, including the Optimal Health Program, while driving initiatives that reduce restrictive interventions and improve consumer outcomes.

Now is an exciting time to join the LRH team, with the $223.5 million expansion completed in March 2024, offering improved maternity and paediatric facilities, larger intensive care unit, increased medical and surgical beds and additional operating theatres.
