About the role:
Are you an experienced mental health nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the Sunshine Mental Health & Wellbeing Centre (SMHWC) Unit 2 team.
As an integral member of the established leadership team, the ANUM supports the Nurse Unit Manager in leading and coordinating the nursing team to providing safe, high-quality, and consumer-centered care. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, contribute to operational decision-making, and support the effective day-to-day management of the unit.
This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical practice, mentor and support staff, and contribute to a recovery-oriented model of care that prioritises dignity, safety, and collaboration.
