Are you a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance your leadership career? Join our dynamic Theatre team at the Warrnambool Campus as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) and play a key role in delivering exceptional perioperative care.
In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of our Operating Suite, ensuring efficient patient access, flow, and continuity of care. Your focus will include the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU), where your clinical expertise and leadership will contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will foster a supportive environment that prioritises positive outcomes for patients and their families.
