About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Mental Health Inpatient Services delivers best practice nursing care within a recovery-oriented model, providing 24/7 support through comprehensive assessment and clinical planning. Our inpatient services are closely integrated with our Mental Health Community Teams and the Prevention and Recovery Centre, ensuring excellence in care across the broader South West region of Victoria.
We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) looking to take the next step in their career. In this leadership role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, lead shifts, and oversee individualised care planning for consumers. You will also contribute to clinical leadership and help foster a high-quality care environment by actively engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
