About the role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager supports the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care by promoting and maintaining strong clinical standards. The role contributes to the effective and efficient management of the service and provides leadership support across the team. Opportunities may arise to act in the Care Services Manager role as required.
Leura Aged Care is South West Healthcare's newly built, 36-bed residential aged care facility in Camperdown. Purpose-designed with dementia-friendly principles, the service offers modern, light-filled spaces and landscaped gardens to create a welcoming, homelike environment. Located on the Camperdown campus, we provide comprehensive, individualised care to our residents.
