We’re looking for a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support a high-performing Emergency Department; you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership to empower staff, enhance patient outcomes, and make a real impact every single shift.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our Emergency Department. This role provides clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred emergency care. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and the multidisciplinary team, the ANUM plays a key role in staff coordination, clinical governance, and service improvement.
