Bairnsdale Regional Health Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our dynamic Emergency Department. This role is ideal for an experienced emergency nurse who enjoys leading teams, coordinating high‑acuity care, and delivering excellent patient outcomes in a fast‑paced environment. Contracts Available:
Ongoing Part Time 72 hours per fortnight or Fixed Term Part Time 56 hours per fortnight.

The Role:
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide senior clinical leadership across the Emergency Department, supporting safe and effective patient flow and high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will coordinate shifts, support and mentor staff, manage resources, and deputise for the Nurse Unit Manager as required, while contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence.
