About the role
The successful applicant will take a leadership role in strategic and daily issues with well-developed problem-solving abilities and proven ability to support change. Hold a sound level of nursing skills and is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence. Demonstrate clear knowledge of team function and ability to work and support a cohesive team. Have a commitment to flexibility and innovation in practice including an evidence-based approach to care. Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development and computer skills in Microsoft Outlook (or other e-mail system), Word, Excel and Internet skills to enable quality communication.
You'll ensure the effective provision of patient care in the assistance of nursing staff in the areas of resident welfare, comfort, hygiene and transport to achieve and maintain quality patient outcomes.
