Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role:
Associate to the Honourable Justice Moore
Supreme Court of Victoria
The Honourable Justice Moore is seeking a legally qualified individual to be his Associate commencing in October or November 2025.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Justice Moore is in charge of the Trusts, Equity and Probate List and Testators Family Maintenance List.
Applicants will ideally have experience in working in any of the areas of trusts, equity or probate, or a genuine interest in developing their knowledge and skills in those areas.

About You
To be successful in this role you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, personal qualities suitable for liaising with the profession and members of the public, as well as a strong academic record. Two years post-graduation experience is desirable.
