Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role
Associate to the Honourable Justice Gray
Supreme Court of Victoria
Justice Gray has been a judge of the Supreme Court (Trial Division) since June 2023. He was previously a barrister who practised extensively in public law, in public inquiries, and in commercial and regulatory matters. He is currently judge-in-charge of the Judicial Review and Appeals List, and co-judge-in-charge of the Trusts, Equity and Probate List and the Testators' Family Maintenance List.
Justice Gray is seeking a legally qualified individual to join his chambers team as Judge's Associate, commencing in February 2026.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain valuable first hand experience of litigation in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
