About the role
The Associate Director, Planned Disruptions leads the coordination and management of planned disruptions across Victoria’s transport network, including roads, public transport and third-party works. The role ensures disruptions are scheduled and managed to achieve the best outcomes for transport users and the State, while providing expert advice to senior executives, government and key stakeholders on impacts, risks and mitigation strategies.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, continuous improvement and innovation, lead complex projects and change initiatives, and work collaboratively across government and transport agencies to deliver effective transport outcomes.
