The Opportunity:
Brand, Marketing and Communications is a centralised, expert-driven function at Holmesglen, focused on maintaining the Institute’s leadership in vocational education and training, both in Australia and internationally. Our mission is to build and elevate the Holmesglen brand while driving new student acquisition and supporting existing student retention.
The Associate Director - Brand, Marketing and Communications provides strategic leadership and direction across all brand, marketing, and communications functions at Holmesglen. In this role, you will lead multiple teams, ensuring a coordinated and purpose-driven approach that drives growth, enhances performance, and strengthens the Institute’s brand reputation. You will analyse market trends and shifts in learner behaviour to develop innovative, evidence-based strategies, while championing initiatives that boost engagement, expand market share, and deliver exceptional experiences for students, staff, and stakeholders.
This role is pivotal in positioning Holmesglen as a leader in vocational education, ensuring all communications and campaigns align with the Institute’s strategic objectives and values.
