Role : Do you enjoy analysing information, solving problems and making fair, evidence-based decisions? We are seeking motivated and capable Associate Assessment Officers to join our Complaint & Assessment Services (CAS) division across a number of full-time permanent ongoing roles and fixed term roles.
Reporting to the Team Leader Assessments, CAS Associate Assessment Officers support the delivery of timely, accurate and high-quality complaint assessment outcomes. CAS Associate Assessment Officers are the backbone for the division by contributing to consistent and effective complaint handling. Our career pathway starts with our VPS3 Associate Assessment Officers and extends to VPS4 Assessment Officers, VPS5 Team Leaders and VPS6 Managers. Duties: Conduct assessments of complaints and notifications across varying levels of complexity within agreed timeframes and quality standards, Apply assessment practices to collect, review and analyse relevant information ,Communicate clearly and professionally with complainants and stakeholders with a focus on sensitivity, respect and accuracy ,Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent outcomes Additional duties are set out in the position description.
About you : We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities: Demonstrated experience in customer service environments with experience responding to sensitive, complex and/or challenging telephone enquiries Demonstrated experience in using case management systems
Eligibility: Citizenship – to be eligible for employment with IBAC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
