Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

SCV
The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role
The Supreme Court is seeking applications from highly ambitious, legally qualified individuals with relevant post-admission experience for Associate vacancies across the Associate Judges Division commencing between January and April 2026. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and mentorship from leading commercial and common law experts by observing a variety of civil matters, including complex interlocutory applications, trials, and mediations.
