ABOUT THE POSITION
The Assistant Manager, Ticketing Operations supports and optimises Museums Victoria's Ticketing Operations by coordinating the development, delivery and review of key ticketing activities and services. The role ensures the efficient design and management of ticket sales, revenue collection and reporting through the effective administration of Museums Victoria's primary admissions Ticketing System and associated databases. The position supports the ongoing improvement of ticketing service delivery, assures ticket pricing aligns with relevant policies and procedures, and works collaboratively across departments to identify and prioritise current and future ticketing needs and facilitate the implementation of approved actions.

This is a Full-time, Ongoing position. The salary on offer is a VPS 4.1 - Base salary of $97,955 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
