About the Business Unit:
People, Safety, Culture and Communications (PSCC) provides services and advice to the department on a wide range of human resources (HR), transformation, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, workforce planning matters and business assets. This includes HR policy and strategy; organisational culture and change; recruitment and retention; performance and development; pay, benefits and workforce reporting; occupational health and safety management; employment regulations; and public service medal nominations.

About the Role:
The Assistant Manager, HR Assist and Projects is responsible for leading and managing the HR Assist team - the dedicated first point of contact for HR queries across the department, and for undertaking a variety of HR projects across the broader PSCC group.
