THE ROLE
The Asset Planing Officer role is responsible for facilitating, organising and participating in processes that lead to the formulation and monitoring of asset management works, tracking and reporting on delivery to ensure the Secretary and sector managed asset strategies are effectively implemented. The role supports the development of the annual THM (or other specialist asset) capital program/s, and requires knowledge and analysis of relevant asset information, stakeholder consultation and coordination of planning processes, and experience in using the Housing Integrated Information Program (HiiP), and development of database and monitoring tools. This rewarding andchallenging role will work collaboratively within the Specialist Accommodation Planning team in the Assset Lifecycle Planin Unit.
