The Applications Support Officer provides first level support for various DEECA and FFMVic emergency management and related applications. The Applications Support Officer is the first point of contact providing support and guidance for users of FFMVic Applications from DEECA and its partner agencies. Working closely with the wider Data Analytics and Information Systems team, the Applications Support Officer enables users to access systems for operational use, and supports users with any issues, providing triage and escalating to the appropriate technical team for resolution.

This is a fixed term part time (0.6 FTE) position available until 30 April 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available. This position is available Thursday and Friday with a flexible third day.
