The Grade 3 AHA will also provide leadership and support to the broader AHA workforce, including assisting with the orientation, supervision, and development of Grade 1 and Grade 2 AHA’s and students. Key responsibilities
The Grade 3 AHA will provide leadership to a small team of AHAs within SRP, ensuring the delivery of high-quality supervision, guidance, support, and oversight. As a member of the Specialised Rehabilitation Program Senior Leadership Team, the role will contribute to the ongoing professional development of the AHA workforce and the advancement of service delivery initiatives.
The Grade 3 AHA will maintain a clinical caseload, working with referred patients and their families within their scope of practice, while also undertaking a range of operational and service-related responsibilities as required.
In addition, the role is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and support to AHA’s across the program, as well as completing other duties as directed by the SRP Manager.
