If you're passionate about helping organisations embrace AI safely, responsibly and at scale, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
At Cenitex, we're building an enterprise-wide AI capability that will transform how we work, deliver services and create value for government. As our AI Governance and Enablement Lead, you'll play a key role in establishing and embedding our AI Centre of Excellence, helping shape how AI is governed, adopted and utilised across the organisation. You'll work with stakeholders from across business and technology teams to create the foundations that enable innovation while ensuring AI is secure, ethical and aligned with public sector obligations.
The position helps move Cenitex from decentralised and emerging AI activity to a coordinated, secure and value-driven enterprise capability. This includes coordinating AI governance and architecture forums, supporting prioritisation of AI initiatives, maintaining core governance artefacts and registers, promoting safe and responsible AI adoption, and helping business areas identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and deliver cost savings through approved AI platforms and patterns.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how AI is implemented within a major government technology organisation, bringing together governance, strategy, stakeholder engagement and business enablement to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and the Victorian community.
