This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Delivering end-to-end recruitment, mobility and EOI processes, delivering a high-quality, candidate-centred experience from attraction through to onboarding.
Partnering with hiring managers and People & Capability stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice, influence decision-making, and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.
Developing and implementing proactive talent attraction strategies to build talent pipelines and address workforce, skills shortage and market challenges.
Promoting best-practice recruitment and compliance by educating stakeholders on recruitment methodologies, legislative requirements, and organisational policies and procedures.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating across People & Capability to enhance recruitment processes, tools, resources and standard operating procedures.
Coordinating onboarding and employment programs, including graduate and intern programs, while maintaining accurate recruitment records, documentation and reporting.
Reporting to Team Leader, Talent Acquisition, the Advisor, Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering quality, high volume end-to-end recruitment processes, including mobility, ensuring a high level of candidate care from advertising through to onboarding. The Advisor, Talent Acquisition contributes to the development of talent acquisition strategies, including attraction and retention of high performing teams, streamlining recruitment practices, and delivering on VIDA Road’s commitment to a safe, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
About You
Certificate qualification in business, administration, or related discipline desirable.
Recruitment experience within a project delivery or public service environment highly regarded.
Experience with VGP and social media platforms for talent attraction and acquisition highly desirable.
This is opportunity is fixed term until 31 December 2027.
