This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.
We’re looking for:
The Advisor, People Systems to be the go-to person for all things P&C technology, you’ll be the person people turn to when something needs fixing, optimising, or rethinking. From flexible work arrangements and position management SmartForms to our PDP system, you’ll partner with our IT team to make sure our digital tools are simple, user-friendly, and always improving.
What you’ll be doing:
Act as the first point of contact for P&C systems including troubleshooting issues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our tools are fit-for-purpose.
Partner with IT, digital teams and stakeholders to manage enhancements, roll out new workflows, and support the introduction of new tech solutions.
Champion data integrity and ensuring our people data and record keeping is accurate, consistent, and compliant.
Spot opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and make the digital experience better for everyone.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and support broader P&C projects and initiatives.
Supporting the Manager, People Operations & Insights with both strategic and operational projects.
About you:
We’re looking for a People & Capability professional with a knack for IT systems. You’re curious, reliable, and love finding smarter ways to make P&C systems work for people. You’re comfortable digging into data accuracy as much as you are working with stakeholders to understand what they need from a system. You thrive on problem-solving, juggling competing priorities, and improving processes. Most of all, you’re passionate about making the digital experience better for the P&C team and the wider organisation.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
