About the Role
The Advisor, People Experience is a key role within the Leadership and Culture team within the Workforce Capability portfolio.
Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, the Advisor, People Experience plays a key role in partnering across the business to help embed the organisation’s values and strengthen the employee experience.
With support from the Manager, Leadership and Culture, the role is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience, including designing and delivering culture and engagement programs, providing support to managers on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and managing the day-to-day delivery of employee recognition programs.
Responsibilities include:
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action plans, and events.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of employee recognition programs, facilitate workshops and coordinate the annual workforce awards.
• Support the implementation of the annual performance management activities throughout the year (e.g., goal setting, performance reviews) through the creation of self-guided resources, delivery of education workshops and via reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor engagement and other people-related metrics and analyse results to inform actions and continuous improvement.
• Support the delivery of internal leadership capability uplift workshops and monitor and track their effectiveness.
• Project management of other Workforce Capability programs as required, including maintaining program calendars, schedules, communications, and evaluation processes.
About You
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with experience in human resources or organisational development disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification, or higher, in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline and substantial experience in HR, as well as the following:
• A collaborative, adaptable and solution-focused mindset.
• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, employee engagement or HR.
• Data and insights-driven mindset with experience using people-related data for reporting purposes and to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
