The People Safety, Culture and Communications (PSCC) group provides a range of services across the employee lifecycle to ensure the department has a workforce that is flexible, highly skilled, safe and representative of the community it serves. PSCC is responsible for human resources, payroll, recruitment, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and employment regulations.
The Transformation, Development and Capability business unit is responsible for transformation and learning and development to support employees. The Advisor, Learning and Capability is a member of the Department of Justice and Community Safety within People, Safety, Culture and Communications team.
About the Role:
Do you have experience in training and assessing Youth Justice Workers, as well as developing learning and development programs? If you are a talented Learning and Capability allrounder, then this opportunity could be for you.
As an Advisor, Learning and Capability, you'll be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including:
A current driver's licence is required due to the need to work across different locations.
