About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Principal Lawyer, the Advisor, Freedom of Information and Privacy will work within the VIDA Services to support the management of freedom of information and privacy related issues for the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA).
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in providing accurate and timely advice across a broad range of freedom of information and privacy matters.
The role will be responsible for assisting with the management of, in conjunction with the broader Commercial and Legal team, all Freedom of Information requests made to VIDA. This includes engaging with key stakeholders, including the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner, other Department FOI Units and project teams across VIDA.
Operating in a complex and collaborative environment, you will work with highly talented project teams and stakeholders across government. You will be able to apply your expertise in advising on complex freedom of information requests and privacy issues to support Victoria’s biggest transport and health infrastructure program.
