We are seeking a Clinical Governance and Performance Advisor to coordinate and lead clinical governance and performance improvement initiatives that support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. Working collaboratively with leaders and teams, you will help implement Ambulance Victoria's Best Care Framework, strengthen quality systems and processes, and contribute to quality planning, assurance and improvement activities that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes for patients and the community.
This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) position. While flexible and hybrid working arrangements are supported, the successful applicant will be required to maintain a regular presence at our Blackburn North Business Centre office in line with Ambulance Victoria's hybrid working model.

About you
The successful candidate will hold a degree or relevant industry certification, supported by demonstrated relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience. Certifications and/or experience in Improvement Advisory/Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, Clinical Governance, or Advanced Data for Improvement will be highly regarded.
