Key accountabilities
You are experienced in providing guidance, advice and are enthusiastic about making a difference. Your interpersonal and formal communication skills are advanced. You are a perceptive person who enjoys working within a busy team environment. You will have demonstrated front line customer service experience in an environment focussed on the needs of our clients. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of judgement, discretion and decision making ability. You will bring highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly.
