About the role:
The Adviser, Sourcing and Contracts, supports the delivery of effective, compliant and value‑for‑money procurement activities across the eHealth division, including for the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) through the shared services agreement. Working under direction, the role contributes to end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including procurement planning, market engagement, tendering, evaluation and contract establishment. The Adviser provides practical procurement advice, prepares documentation, and supports post‑award activities such as maintaining records, tracking milestones and assisting with variations under guidance. The role supports reporting and audit requirements, assists stakeholders to understand procurement obligations, and contributes to continuous improvement of sourcing processes.
