The Role
The Adviser, Creative Investment will provide expert policy and project advice, contribute to the development of strategic projects, positive culture and engagement, and assist in coordination across the unit.

The Team
The position of Adviser, Creative Investment forms a part of the Creative Victoria group in the Creative Investment branch.
Creative Victoria is the state government body dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria's creative industries. We invest in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state.
The Creative Investment branch brings Creative Victoria's programs and investment in support of artists, creative workers, creative organisations and businesses, and portfolio agencies, together with our work to improve access to affordable space and deliver world-class creative infrastructure.
About You
You will have had communication experience preparing briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; Ensures written and verbal communications contain necessary information to achieve their purpose; Uses appropriate style and formats. Confidently conveys ideas and information in a clear and interesting way;
A demonstrated experience with policy, aware of, interpret and apply policy; Drafts simple policies using research skills and consults with stakeholders; Provides feedback on draft policies.
Project Management experience in producing project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified; Regularly communicates with, and supports, project team members; Monitors expenditure and service delivery against contract or other specifications;
