Position Title: Advanced Storeperson
Classification: GK6
Salary per hour (exc. super): $31.65

The Advanced Storeperson is responsible for undertaking the full range of stores duties, including receiving goods, unpacking, checking, computer entry, shelf stocking, stock rotation, scanning, stocktaking, picking, and delivery. The role also involves loading trolleys or trucks, driving, and delivering goods to customers and departments within the Bendigo Health Care Group. Additional responsibilities include imprest replenishment, assisting with customer and general enquiries, and performing administrative tasks as required. The Storeperson must ensure compliance with BHCG safety standards and adhere to all policies and procedures for handling medical stores, while undertaking other duties as directed by the Supply and Loading Dock Manager.
Availability: Tuesday to Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm)

Your New Division
The Finance and Resources Division is responsible for financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and analysis, together with our procurement, materials management and facilities management functions. The division also includes Health Information Services with key roles in medical record management, clinical documentation, freedom of information, and external data reporting requirements. These are essential non-clinical services providing high-quality support, advice, monitoring and compliance functions. The team are focussed on delivering the strategic vision within their responsibilities and on assisting the organisation operationally.
