Community Correctional Services (CCS) is a state-wide service that manages individuals on court orders, people who commit serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and people on parole. Evidence suggests that those who re-integrate into the community following a period of imprisonment require transitional support in order to reduce their risk of reoffending.
CCS is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practitioner/Court Assessment and Prosecutions (CAPS) Supervisor to join the team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor staff across case management and CAPS streams, strengthening their capacity to deliver high-quality services to stakeholders in the sentencing process.
You will also manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-risk individuals—conducting risk assessments, developing case plans, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting compliance with court orders. This role is pivotal in helping service users successfully complete their orders while safeguarding community safety. You will also play a key role in delivering an integrated through-care approach, supporting individuals as they transition from prison to community-based orders, in collaboration with internal and external service providers.
