About the role
Drug Court Advanced Case Managers within CCS are responsible for case managing complex individuals with entrenched drug and alcohol dependencies who have been sentenced by the Drug Court division of the Magistrates Court to serve a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order (DATO) in the community.
In this role, Drug Court Advanced Case Managers apply evidence-based practice and other theoretical and therapeutic frameworks to engage drug court participants through an intensive case management approach whilst monitoring compliance with order conditions. In doing so, this role supports participants to successfully complete their orders, while balancing risks to community safety.

A relevant qualification in social work or related human services discipline (preferred) or criminal justice, criminology (desirable) with work experience in related field (desirable).
