About the Role
The Specialist Clinics Administration Officer provides essential clerical and administrative support to patients, families, and clinical staff across Peter Mac’s Specialist Clinics, Outpatient Pathology Collection, and Pre-Anaesthetic Clinics (PAC).
As the first point of contact, you will deliver outstanding customer service by:
• Assisting patients and families on arrival
• Managing enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinating and booking appointments for clinicians and patient navigators
Positions are available on a rotating Monday–Friday roster, with full-time and part-time options.

Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. HS Grade 1 Level 1 (HS1) $58,442.80 per annum (full-time equivalent – to be prorated for part-time) to HS Grade 1 Level 5 (HS17) $64,610.00 per annum (full-time equivalent – to be prorated for part-time) dependent on candidate experience.
