About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration professional to join a highly respected, fun and focused team, led by a supportive and engaging leader. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on volunteer training while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
You will work closely with the volunteers and the Learning and Development Coordinators with a focus on the administration for Learning and Development activities within the region. Overall, you will contribute to the delivery of learning and training programs to enhance brigade capability.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven skills in drafting documents, correspondence and reports. You will demonstrate sound skills in MS Office, database management and ideally have some exposure to financial systems.
You will have strong attention to detail, be thorough and accurate combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
You enjoy working collaboratively, follow through on tasks and contribute positively to team culture.
