FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
As an administrator in the Support Services team, your priority is the FIS reception area. Your responsibilities include the efficient delivery of administration and operational support, ensuring the reception area is resourced and operating smoothly. You will ensure accurate record-keeping, oversee file management and data entry processes and ensure the maintenance of office supplies and equipment as well as manage mail and correspondence and assist with departmental systems and technologies.
