About the role
Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families within our community? An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join the South Western Centre Against Sexual Assault (SWCASA).
As the first point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive and professional environment. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to respond to sensitive and often complex situations with empathy, compassion and professionalism.
Working within a highly confidential setting, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the service, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, client record management, client brokerage coordination and administrative support for SWCASA programs and committees. The ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate sound judgement and maintain confidentiality at all times is essential.
