About the Mental Health Division
The Mental Health Division forms part of Austin Health. It provides a comprehensive range of child, adolescent, youth and adult mental health services to the areas of northeast metro Melbourne along with inter-regional and state-wide specialist services, which are provided on an inpatient basis and in community settings. The Mental Health Division is strongly committed to providing recovery-oriented services through holistic, compassionate care and offering partnership in recovery.
About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our Specialty Services PTRS (Psychological Trauma and Recovery Services) Outpatient team. This position is based at the Repat campus on Waterdale Road, Heidelberg. This role will see you provide exceptional administrative support, including Front Desk duties, to clinical teams across this service. You will be well supported by experienced colleagues to ensure your success in this position.

As the Administrative Officer in a front facing role, you will be someone who has exceptional communication skills, with a strong commitment to patient centred care and living in the Austin values in your daily work routine.
