The Opportunity:
The Department of Early Childhood and Education delivers qualifications from Certificate III to Diploma level, preparing students for careers as early childhood teachers, kindergarten assistants, family day carers, and educators. The department also trains prospective VET teachers through the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, equipping future educators with the skills and knowledge to deliver accredited training across TAFE and private providers.
The Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for the department, supporting students, staff, and visitors with professionalism and care. Acting as the central link between reception and teaching operations, this role ensures the efficient coordination of administrative processes, accurate documentation management, and effective communication across the department.
