The Opportunity:
Apprentice Central is a dedicated department at Holmesglen, focused on providing holistic administration, support, guidance and advice to apprentices, trainees and employers. Our goal is to ensure apprentices and trainees receive the resources and assistance they need throughout their journey, from enrolment through to successful completion.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting apprentices and employers by providing high-level administration and exceptional customer service. You’ll build strong relationships, provide guidance and advice, and help ensure key compliance requirements are met through your attention to detail and empathetic approach.
