The Opportunity:
Apprentice Central operates as a dedicated department at Holmesglen, focused on providing holistic administration, support, guidance, and advice to both apprentices/trainees and employers. Our goal is to ensure that apprentices and trainees receive the necessary resources and assistance throughout their journey, supporting them from enrolment to successful completion of their apprenticeship.
The primary objective of the Administrative & Customer Service Officer role is to provide high level administrative support and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and in particular support to the Institute’s apprentices and employers throughout apprenticeship journey. Your attention to detail and empathetic approach will see you form strong working relationships with the apprentices and relevant teaching departments ensuring all compliance requirements are achieved.
