What You Will Be Doing
The Personal Assistant works within a multidisciplinary team and provides secretarial and administrative support to the DON, Patient Services Managers, and Nurse Unit Managers This is a critical position that enables effective communication across all Departments as well as broader Peninsula Health personnel. The Personal Assistant ensures effective functioning of all aspects of the office and through the provision of effective and efficient administrative systems and provides a positive profile for the team. In order to meet their Key Result Areas, arising directly from Key Accountabilities, the Personal Assistant will develop strong relationships with all colleagues throughout the health service.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Experience as an administration assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent meeting skills including agenda preparation and minute taking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including professional telephone manner
• Ability to work unsupervised in a confidential environment
• Experience in a similar role within a health related or large diverse organisation (Desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
