About this Role:
This is a permanent, Full-Time position at 1.0EFT/80 hours per fortnight within the Complex Care Hub.
This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day administrative operations while actively contributing to workload management, enquiry handling, and front-line service delivery for patients and families.
As an integral member of the Complex Care Hub, you will work closely with clinicians and staff, acting as a key point of contact for patients, families, and stakeholders. You will oversee task allocation, staff supervision, process improvement initiatives, data management, and the centralisation of administrative processes to improve efficiency and support high-quality, family-centred care.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, experience leading administration teams, and a proactive approach to improving systems and service delivery.
Internally, this position will be referred to or known as: Administration Team Leader (Grade 4) Complex Care Hub.
Classification for this position will range from A041-A045 (FTE base salary $83,657.60 - $92,482 per annum, plus superannuation).

About the Department:
The Complex Care Hub consists of a multidisciplinary team that supports the care of children across the state with chronic and complex medical needs. The Complex Care Hub provides a range of services with differing levels of support provided to meet the needs of the patients and their families. The Complex Care Hub co-ordinates and integrates the treatment of patients, partnering with families and community providers to deliver the best care closest to home. These services can be provided directly to the child and family and to the community support agencies involved with caring for the child at home.
The Complex Care Hub includes a Nurse Unit Manager, Medical Lead, Medical Case Managers, Fellow, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians and an administration team.
