The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with an Accrued Day Off (ADO). 7-day rotating roster, with shifts between 7.30am and 6.00 pm (only 1 weekend in every 8 weeks). Part time applicants are welcome - please include your preferred hours in your application.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a friendly, professional and client-focused individual to join our Medical Imaging Administration Team. In this varied role, you will be a key point of contact for patients and clinicians, supporting the delivery of diagnostic imaging services across both our hospital and CBD campuses. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including reception, appointment scheduling, data entry, billing and responding to enquiries, while working closely with clinicians to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
